My name is Blake McKenna. I am the owner of BLAKE MCKENNA PHOTOGRAPHY. This business started as a result of being bored with retirement from a career in the IT Industry. However, I just didn't wake up one day and say "Wow, let's start a Photograhy business". Nope, that's not how it happened.

Photography has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager. However, I was torn between pursuing a career in photography or becoming a geek and developing software. Well, I chose the latter and kept photography as my hobby. Consequently, I've been doing photography for over 25 years now.

I have yet to find a genre of photography that I haven't enjoyed. For me personally, every photograph that I take is a captured "moment in time", never to be replicated exactly again. Each photograph has a memory behind it, a time and a place and a specific feeling.

My goal is to give people a positive memorable experience through my photography and to develop lasting relationships that will keep people coming back to me for their photographic needs.
